Risk Management - 
The Risk Management module of the program provides a step by step process for the identification of hazards relating to an activity or machine, assessing the risks and implementing the control measures. The program facilitates the development of safe work practices through the procedure and safe work method builder.
Hazard Identification -
When a Hazard is identified and logged into the system it will automatically appear in the Hazard register.
Register turns RED.
The Hazard is assessed with the built in Risk Matrix using the process of likelihood versus severity.
Register turns ORANGE.
Hazard is controlled and a review date inserted.
Register turns GREEN.
Register will turn RED.and alert when review date isdue.This section also allows the identification of Plant and Equipment, Chemicals and Emergency equipmet in use by the organisation. Registers are automatically built and documentation such as Material Data Safety Sheets(MSDS), Instruction manuals, photo's of the equipment can all all be uploaded as PDF files and stored next to the indentified item in the register for ease of access.
Site Management -
Many businesses either have multiple locations or undertake works at various locations.
