The aim of this document is to detail the quality policy and procedure at <YOUR COMPANY>.

To provide quality products and services which comply with applicable specifications, Codes, Standards and Regulatory requirements.

This policy applies to management, employees and contractors within <YOUR COMPANY> and requires the full cooperation and assistance of all personnel
4. Quality Policy – Procedure
It is the policy of <YOUR COMPANY> to implement a formal quality management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 on all projects to ensure we achieve or exceed our objectives in providing a quality product and services within time and budget and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In order to maintain the effectiveness of the quality system, we are committed to continual improvement which can be achieved by regularly reviewing the company’s performance, client’s feedback as well as stated objectives as part of management review meetings.
We recognise that in order to maintain customer satisfaction, it must achieve all that has been specified and completely fulfil its contractual obligations before seeking customer approval and acceptance. This will be achieved through planning and controlling the managerial and technical aspects of the work and verifying that the outcomes of the planning and control activities have been successful.
