Injury Management -

The Injury management module is used to document accidents and incidents and assists in highlighting areas of concern. The aim is to reduce future incidents in order to enhance the organisations compliance obligations and most importantly people's safety.

The Injury management module has been developed to help you identify Using the unique reporting form you can develop reports to help identify:

  • What was the accident
  • Who was involved
  • Where the accident occurred
  • How the accident occurred
  • Why did the accident occur

Using the unique reporting form you can develop reports to help identify:

  • Type of accident
  • Type of injury
  • Cause of injury
  • Activity undertaken when the accident occurred
  • Eqipment/Chemical used when the accident occurred

Accident Investigation -

When an Accident or Incident occurs it is logged into the system, and automatically appears in the Accident Register.

Register turns RED.

The Accident is then investigated and the built-in form filled out and sent to the approriate organisations including all the details surrounding the accident such as what, who, where, how and why the accident or incident ocurred.

Register turns ORANGE.

Conduct a review of the Accident and implement a control measure.

Register turns GREEN.
