This Food Quality Policy applies to management, employees and contractors within <YOUR COMPANY> and requires the full cooperation and assistance of all personnel.

<YOUR COMPANY> is committed to preparing and serving the safest food products using the finest ingredients for customers every day.
<YOUR COMPANY> has a commitment to good hygiene practices in all areas of our business and to controlling food safety risks.
To demonstrate this commitment we have identified the potential hazards in our business operation and implemented effective control and monitoring procedures at those points critical to food safety.
The company will ensure that an internal audit is completed every six months to ensure standards are being maintained.
The company and the franchise operator will ensure that the Food Safety Program is reviewed annually.
