To detail the environmental policy and procedure at <YOUR COMPANY>.

 2. Environmental Compliance Policy – Objectives

  • To comply with all environmental legislation and regulations
  • To minimise the company’s environmental impact
  • To protect the environment from any harm or damage which may result from work activities
  • To recognise the company’s contribution to environmental disruption
  • To work towards the minimisation and elimination of the negative impact on the environment during our work activities.

 

3. Environmental Compliance Policy – Scope

This Policy applies to management, employees and contractors within <YOUR COMPANY> and requires the full cooperation and assistance of all personnel.

4. Environmental Compliance Policy – Procedure

<YOUR COMPANY> is committed to support NSW and the Federal Government principles of ecological sustainable development likewise continuous improvement and pollution prevention.

It is the policy of <YOUR COMPANY> to develop, an Environmental Management Plan that complies with and beyond all applicable environmental legislation, regulations and specification requirements as well as address the impact of the activities on the environment.
