Employee Management -

Features a centralised employee register providing information on each employee, including position, induction and training

status. The systems auto prompt and easy to read format highlights at a glance when employee inductions and training are due, thereby enabling complinace and up to date safe work practices.

More detail can be added to the employee records such as activities undertaken, emergency contact details and place of work. The process is:

  • Employee details entered into system
  • Employee is allocated to a position
  • Any inductions or training required are higlighted
  • Inductions and training are undertaken
  • A review date is set for continual improvement

Contractor Management -

As part of the employee management module the user e-mails from the system a built-in compliance form to any contractors they may use and the contractor is automatically inserted into a register.

The new entry in the register turns RED.

The Contractor completes this form to confirm they have the appropriate:

  • Qualifications to complete the assigned tasks
  • Safe Work Methods
  • Insurances
  • Training for employees
  • Emergency systems

The form then automatically updates the register and it turns ORANGE.

The user then reviews the information and if acceptable verifies the file.

Register turns GREEN.

The Register will turn RED and alert when contractors details have expired.
